Calvary Christian Academy is a SACS and ACSI accredited Christian school located on a 75 acre campus in Ft. Lauderdale FL. We are a ministry of Calvary Chapel, Fort Lauderdale, with a congregation of 18,000 on three area campuses. CCA has a diverse student body of 1350 from Christian homes.
Our mission: “We exist to make disciples of Jesus Christ” in a nurturing academic environment staffed by Christian professionals emphasizing Christian character, biblical integration and world view, and preparation for college admission.
Facilities: The Secondary School occupies a brand new 160,000 sq. ft. four story building which includes a 650 seat dramatic arts theater and large Media Center. Our Elementary School occupies a large, adjacent classroom building that includes its own Media Center, Learning Lab, dance studios, and computer lab.
Programs: We offer a comprehensive elementary and middle school curriculum. Our High School provides students with a diverse selection of regular and honors courses, including college prep, Advanced Placement, Dual Enrollment and many elective classes.
Our Athletic Department offers a dozen competitive sports. Our teams have frequently progressed to conference championship, regional and state level competitions. In Performing Arts our student groups have earned recognition at both regional and state levels for their concerts and productions.
