Initial Fees

Application Fee	$50.00 per student*
Entrance Testing Fee	$50.00 per student (if necessary)*
Registration Fee	$400.00 per student*

Returning Students

Registration Fee	$300.00 per student* (Nov. 1-30)
Registration Fee	$350.00 per student* (Dec. 1-31)
Registration Fee	$400.00 per student* (After Jan.)

*This registration fee is used to offset particular recurring academic expenses for textbooks, classroom materials, student resources, standardized testing, local elementary field trips, and a CCA yearbook for each student. This fee is due upon acceptance and re-enrollment.

Activity Fee**

This fee includes many activities fundamental to a comprehensive CCA experience including athletics and fine arts participation fees, AGAPE fest, 8th grade celebration, overnight trips, missions trip airfares, spiritual retreats, homecoming and graduation. Payment and Discount Plans

· Tuition paid in full by August 10th is eligible for a 3% discount.

· Tuition may be paid monthly for twelve months starting in July. Tuition is due the 1st of each month. (Fees and tuition are not refundable)

· A multiple child discount will be given to families with more than one child enrolled. The oldest child is charged full price and any other children receive a complimentary 10% discount. This discount does not apply to students receiving financial assistance.

· All accounts that are not paid by the 10th of the month will be considered past due and will be subject to a $25 late charge.

· $25 return check fee.
