SPORTS PHYSICALS All students participating in a sport is required by FHSAA guidelines to complete the following forms:
EL3, EL2, and the CCA Release

**Consent for Steroid Testing form for those participating in: football,baseball,softball 9-12th grades only.
Students will not be able to participate until all forms are completed and submitted to the Athletic Department.

2008-2009 Sport Offerings and Fees
These are required items that will be purchased and kept by the athletes. Examples: practice uniforms, bags, t-shirts etc. Prices are determined by the Athletic Director, and will not exceed the amounts listed:
Varsity=$75
JV=$60
MS=$45
For a variety of reasons, some sports require a limited number of team participants, making it necessary to hold a period of tryouts in order to be selected and placed on the roster. Such sports are referred to as "cut sports." However, we also provide a number of "non-cut sports" teams that provide a position on the team for all those interested in playing.
The following sports are cut sports offered at CCA:
Fall: Volleyball, Golf, Cheerleading
Winter: Girls’ and Boys’ Basketball and Cheerleading
Spring: Softball, Baseball, and Tennis
The following sports are non-cut sports offered at CCA:
Fall: Football, Cross Country
Winter: Girls’ Soccer, Boys’ Soccer, Wrestling
Spring: Spring Football, Track and Field
