The Discipleship Department of Calvary Christian Academy exists to encourage students in their relationship with Christ and equip them to follow the Lord’s commission in Matthew 28:19 to “go and make disciples of all nations.”
Students have opportunities to experience God through age appropriate and biblically based activities such as chapel and local outreach opportunities for grades Pre-K - 12, and small groups, spiritual retreats, and missions trips for students in the secondary school.
"Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ." —1 Corinthians 11:1
Students take part in interactive and age-appropriate chapel services weekly.
The 8th and 11th graders go on annual missions trips in January of each year. Information is forthcoming!
CCA students have multiple opportunities to share the love of Christ in the community.
Retreats take secondary students out of their comfort zones to promote spiritual growth and class unity.
Once a week, secondary students, teachers, and staff set aside time to discuss God's Word in a deeper and more intimate way.
Calvary Christian Academy has a racially nondiscriminatory policy, which means that the school admits students of any race, color, and national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at our school. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, and national and ethnic origin in our educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
