CCA is now offering an on-campus remediation program that will allow students to replace a D or F earned in the following high school classes:
Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Biology, Chemistry, English I, English II, English III, English IV, World History, US History
The program will consist of a blended learning environment where students will be independent and work at their own pace completing an online class on campus while having the support of a certified teacher to guide their instruction. In-class attendance will be minimized to three days a week so that students have the freedom to complete assignments on their own time. In-class time is used for one-on-one help, test-taking oversight, and accountability in pacing. Your child will have the best opportunity for success with this blended class structure.
Upon successful completion, each three-week session can replace a one-semester grade (0.5 credit), and students can take up to two sessions. The cost is $300 per session.
Some of the benefits of completing CCA’s unique Remediation Program include:
The flexibility of online learning combined with in-class instructional support
Structured sessions paced to ensure completion
Curriculum is modified to meet the student's academic needs
Competitive cost while still providing quality curriculum and teacher support
Supervised assessments to ensure your child is learning.
