Athletics Camp: Cheer/Dance | 3rd–12th Grade

Are you ready to dance and cheer? Learn the basics of cheerleading including dance and acrobatic techniques, choreography, and cheer routines while building friendships with fellow dancers!

$190 (includes lunch and two camp T-shirts)

Campers should wear black leggings, a leotard, a camp T-shirt, and black socks with sneakers (if they do not have jazz shoes or ballet shoes). Sneakers should be worn for hip-hop instruction. Campers should also plan to bring water and snacks daily. 

This camp will be led by Coach Coach O'Shaun Sasso who has been cheering and dancing for over 25 years. She started dancing in a studio environment and then went to participate in a competitive dance team called Top Gun All-Stars in Miami and at the collegiate level for FAU’s football and basketball teams.

Serving as Coach Sasso’s assistant will be Aja Simms, a student in Calvary Christian Academy’s Dance Endorsement program as well as the studio DANL Dance Center.

Campers are required to bring water and snacks daily.

Health and safety precautions include:
  • Face coverings required indoors
  • Daily temperature checks
  • Frequent disinfection of shared equipment
  • Students spaced throughout campus
  • Individual water bottles required 
  • Limited number of participants in each age group

At this time, we are not planning on providing field trips, however, this may change as regulations change.

Drop off: CCAH Gym
Dismissal: Before 4:00 –  CCAH Gym | After 4:00 – carline pick up

What to Bring:
  • Mask
  • Reusable water bottles

Camp Shirts
Your child will be provided with two camp shirts which will be required each day. This is at no additional cost to you. Please have campers arrive dressed in shorts, camp T-shirts, and closed-toed shoes.

Children will be provided with a lunch each day, which is included in the cost of camp.

Electronics and toys should be kept at home. We provide so many fun activities and want to ensure things from home do not get lost.

Cancellation Policy
*  Cancellation during the same week will be refunded at 20% of the unused days.
*  If camp is closed by CCAH, we will refund any remaining days with no penalty.
