  • Great Lessons Learned From A Big Loss

The Calvary Lady Eagles are learning great lessons this season. After a second straight loss, the importance of consistent & intense collective possession while attacking and the willingness to put in a challenge that will stop the opponents transition is ever more vital to our success. When we play top teams they are going to expose our weaknesses and our  "boldness" in our style of play. The world sport of football is a team sport based on energy, and the team with the strongest collective energy wins. We need to be focused and preparing at all times during the game.. there is no time to let our mind rest. After the game we can rest, at training we can implement aspects to support recovery, but during games, we must work hard from the start to the finish.
