Safeguarding one of God’s most precious gifts to us—our children.

Each year administrative staff and the church leadership team proactively look for ways to enhance the safety and security of our school, church, and associated properties. An aggressive strategy was initiated by Calvary Chapel and Calvary Christian Academy in 2017 to improve campus security. 240 security cameras were added to our buildings, improving our ability to monitor large venues, hallways, and stairwells. In addition, new walls, gates, and fencing are being installed around the property, including a new entrance to The Grill (Calvary Chapel's on-campus restaurant).
Much of the work is already underway, but with a total cost of $750,000, additional funding is still required.
Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale has agreed to contribute $500,000 to the project. In order to complete this critical initiative for the school, we have added a Safety & Security Fee of $100 to each student ($8.33 per month). We are looking for 10 families to contribute $2,500, 30 families to contribute $1,000, and 30 families to contribute $500 to complete the project. We’ve already received checks and pledges for this initiative. Will you consider making a contribution today?

What You
Can Do:

  • PRAY
We believe that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. Pray with us that God would keep our school safe and would provide for us to further ensure our students’ safety.

  • GIVE
Consider being one of the keystone families that help accomplish this project by making a donation. We are looking for 70 families to pledge their support for this project:
    • 10 families to give $2,500
    • 30 families to give $1,000
    • 30 families to give $500

Support the project by raising awareness. Share our goal with friends and family, as well as on social media. Together we can ensure the safety of our children.
