    Previous Two Years Report Cards (1st-12)
  

    Official Transcript (9-12)
  

    Most Recent Standardized Test Scores (SAT, FSA or other)
  

    Completed Reference Forms
  

    Behavioral/Discipline Report from School Administration
  

    IEP and Psychological Report (if applicable)
  

   

    Submit the Application
  

    Pay the $100 non-refundable Application Fee and Submit
  
  

  STEP 2 - Application Review
  
  

    After the application is complete and has been reviewed, we will contact you.
  
    Testing (If Necessary)
  

    Required testing is determined by student’s previous academic record

   

    Family Interview

    Families will be contacted by the Admissions Department to schedule interviews
  
  

  STEP 3 - Decision
  
  

    Applicant Decision
  

    A decision letter will be sent to the email of record
  

    Request for Records Form (if accepted/applicable)
    Immunization Form 680 or Religious Exemption Form 681
    Health Examination Form 3040
  
  

  Step 4 - Enrollment
  
  

    If an Offer is sent, you will then need to Accept the Offer and complete the Enrollment forms sent to you.

• Campus Fee

  This fee is used to offset costs associated with activities such as local and overnight class trips, mission trip airfares, spiritual retreats, homecoming, graduation, and other campus expenses.

  This fee is used to offset yearly security expenses.

  $250 per student

   

  This fee covers the cost of maintaining student computer labs, software, support, and network infrastructure improvements.
