25 Prayers for 25 Years | Day 9 | Thanksgiving For The Generous
In today’s devotional, CCA’s Director of Advancement, Jennifer Aluart, continues our 25 Prayers for 25 Years series by thanking the Lord for the generosity of our donors and volunteers.
Scripture:
“You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.”
–2 Corinthians 9:11
Reflection:
As we celebrate 25 years of God’s faithfulness to Calvary Christian Academy, we pause to give thanks for the generous donors and volunteers who have quietly, faithfully, and sacrificially helped build the legacy we enjoy today.
Their gifts of time, talent, and treasure are more than mere contributions – they are acts of worship that have helped bring the mission of Kingdom education to life.
From the parent who stayed late after work to help set up an event to the donor whose generosity provided scholarships for students they’ll never meet, each act of giving has echoed the heart of Christ.
These individuals have not only helped shape buildings and programs, more importantly, they have helped shape hearts and futures. Their behind-the-scenes service has allowed students to grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and man.
Their gifts of time, talent, and treasure are more than mere contributions – they are acts of worship that have helped bring the mission of Kingdom education to life.

As we look to the future, we pray that God will continue to raise up faithful stewards who believe in the eternal value of Christian education. May their example inspire us all to give generously and serve selflessly, knowing that every seed sown in faith yields a Kingdom harvest.

Heavenly Father,
Thank you for the generous hearts You have placed within the CCA community – donors and volunteers who have partnered with You to make an eternal impact in the lives of students and families. We are grateful for their faithfulness and love, and we ask that You bless them abundantly.

Jennifer Aluart has joyfully served as the Director of Advancement at Calvary Christian Academy for the past six years. With a legacy of 12 years of service in the Calvary Chapel community and 16 years as a proud CCA mom, Jennifer’s journey with CCA is both personal and purposeful. She treasures the privilege of serving the Lord alongside her husband, Abel, and their two children, Isabel and Julian, who have grown up within the CCA family. Her favorite Bible verse is Matthew 6:33.
