Varsity Softball shutsout the Blazers

The Eagles left the west nest for a match-up with Boca Raton Christian on a glorious afternoon.   Gabi Bird shut out the Blazers' bats and did not allow a run in her first win as a Varsity pitcher. Ally Torres contributed to the shutout with a rally ending catch in the outfield. Catcher Parker Lee froze a threatening runner on third base with a fake throw followed by a pick-off throw.   The Eagles mixed in two triples.

Sofia Fine:   2 Hits, 3 Runs Batted In, 3 Runs scored
