This year, our school celebrates 25 years of Christ-centered education – and with it, 25 years of faithful service from our incredible faculty and staff. As the HR Director, I’ve had the unique honor of walking alongside the people who make this school more than a place of learning – it’s a place of calling.
Over these years, I’ve witnessed teachers go far beyond curriculum, faculty lead with prayerful hearts, and staff serve in ways few will ever notice, but heaven has seen. These are the shepherds God has called to sow into the lives of our students, and their work has eternal value.
While we celebrate their service, we also recognize the challenges they face. Ministry through education is beautiful, but it is not without sacrifice. That is why one of the greatest gifts we can give our team is prayer.
We can be praying for renewed strength and passion in their daily work, for wisdom and grace in every classroom and office, for protection over their health, families, and spiritual well-being, and for encouragement when the days feel long and the fruit isn’t visible on this side of heaven.
As we reflect on the past, we also look forward with excitement to the next 25 years. Somewhere, right now, God is stirring the calling in the hearts of the future teachers, staff, and leaders who will one day serve our future students.
We pray that God would call the right people in His perfect timing. We pray that they’ll come with a servant heart and a spirit grounded in Christ, and we pray that our school would continue to
attract mission-driven educators and staff.
CCA has always been about more than buildings or programs – it’s about people who said “yes” to God’s call. As we commemorate this 25-year journey, let’s commit ourselves to covering these faithful servants – past, present, and future – in prayer.
Lord, thank You for every staff and faculty member who has answered Your call to serve as a teacher-minister at CCA. We ask that Your Holy Spirit would strengthen our current staff and prepare the hearts of our future staff.
May CCA always be a place where Your truth is taught, Your love is shown, and Your presence is felt. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
