New Investment Helps Students Connect Learning to Life
We want students to be lifelong learners. Our faculty, programs, and curriculum culminate to an academic experience that prepares students for college and beyond — and there’s always room for improvement. Thanks to your support, preparing for college became a whole lot easier for CCA students.
Our School Counseling Team has just signed a five-year contract with Naviance, a comprehensive college and career readiness solution that helps schools align student strengths and interests to postsecondary goals — improving student outcomes and connecting learning to life. “The CCA School Counseling team seeks to serve, shepherd and support our students path to success,” stated School Counselor, Dr. Clifford Mack. “Naviance will provide a robust infrastructure to empower students, hold students accountable, and aid in students casting vision.”
Naviance allows students to create a personalized plan that helps them make the right decisions throughout their academic journey. “We believe that finding the right college includes prayerfully researching colleges that will match each student’s God-given interests and abilities,” said Will Ortiz, Lead School Counselor. “Naviance is a comprehensive tool providing extensive, reliable data directing students in this process while connecting the importance of doing well now in their schoolwork.”
This solution was made possible because of generous donations to the CCA Fund. Enhancing the student experience is what the CCA Fund is all about. Thank you for your faithfulness and your commitment to the mission of CCA.

College can be viewed as a time when young people fall away from their Christian faith. However, Jesus doesn't have to be left out of the equation during a student's college years.
