Amazing, AMAZING game! Our CCA Softball Lady Eagles suited up for boxing match this past Friday against SLAM Academy, beating them 17 to 10. The game started out with great pitching by Grace Adamonis with 3 strikeouts, followed by Amanda Chang with 4 strikeouts to close the game. HOME RUNS? Did someone say home runs? Not 1, not 2, but 3 over the fence home runs! Alexa Gonzalez hit 2 over the fence and Gabby Carcioppolo also had one over the fence! Hannah Hardy had a spectacular catch in the outfield. And if that wasn’t enough excitement, we had an ESPN defensive play by Gabby Carcioppolo who made a fully laid out, diving catch behind third base. EVERYONE on the team played well and most importantly represented the Lord properly. Great job ladies!!!
