Friday, THE CCA Middle School Cross Country team competed against over 20 schools from all over the southeast in the Disney XC Classic at ESPN Wide World of Sports in Orlando.
Defending their title from last year, the girls finished second overall. They wered led by Johanna Velez who finished third overall. Other top finishers for CCA were Bella del Busto, Nevaeh Stephen, Lilly Champion, and Kristen Kloman.
the boys team finished an amazing 4th overall. They were led by Hunter Morgan, who finished first overall in a time of 10:35. He was followed by Danile Hubner, Leo Merisme, Randall Rassi, and mason Morin. Hunters was the swconf fasted 3,000 meters ever run by a CCA runner
