Embracing Endings: A Look Back at CCA’s 2022–23 School Year

While beginnings often captivate our excitement, it is the endings that give us the opportunity to respond to the Lord’s goodness and work by reflecting, celebrating, and giving thanks. Join us as we journey back through the moments and milestones that unfolded at CCA Fort Lauderdale during the 2022-23 school year and anticipate the transformative experiences that lie ahead in 2023-24.

Listen to this article:
Ecclesiastes 7:8 states: “The end of a matter is better than its beginning.” Your initial reaction to that statement might be to disagree as you think of the excitement that comes with special moments like starting a new job, moving to a new house/city, welcoming a child into your family, and getting baptized.

While endings can be sad, and we’re often tired once we reach the finish line, an ending ultimately represents the journey you took to reach that end point. The perseverance and character development that’s involved in reaching an ending is worth celebrating, because it means you pressed on, even when faced with challenges and doubts.

Endings are also special because they place us in a position where we can look back on our individual and collective accomplishments and thank God for them. It’s been wonderful SEEKing Him in all things and in all seasons together as a school community during the 2022-23 school year at CCA Fort Lauderdale. Below are some milestones we invite you to celebrate with us!

We are excited to see Him move in new ways when CCA’s two new campuses – CCA Boynton Beach and CCA North Miami – launch in August 2023. God has not only opened many doors for us to make disciples here in South Florida, but also globally as we help launch Christian schools in Central and South America in partnership with Calvary Chapel (visit CCAEagles.org/CCAGlobal to learn more!).

We look forward to seeing what the Lord has in store for this growing community in 2023-24.
