The Varsity Boys Soccer team defeated Franklin Academy 2-1 in the 3A District 13 Quarter-Finals.
The Score was 0-0 at the half. Calvary got on the board first with a penalty kick goal scored at the 46th minute by Senior Andres Ortiz.
Franklin Academy went on to tie the score 1-1 at the 43rd minute on a penalty kick.
The game winning goal was scored by Senior Santi Fuentes at the 50th Minute, assisted on a corner kick by Andres Ortiz.
The Eagles will move on to the District Semi-Finals and play 2nd seeded Pine Crest High School at Pine Crest Friday night at 7pm
CCA will be playing for a spot in the District 13 finals.
