Last month, the Best Christian Workplaces Institute certified Calvary Christian Academy as a 2017 Best Christian Workplace! We are both humbled and honored by this overwhelmingly positive response from our staff, particularly after receiving such high marks from our community during our accreditation process.
Knowing we are a witness to the world for Christ, we are encouraged to learn that our team feels loved and respected, and that as teachers or administrators they are making a difference in the kingdom of God. Employees rated CCA in a survey that consisted of more than 60 key cultural items, such as integrity, transparency, compassion, and trust, and clearly showed that CCA both values and embodies healthy relationships based on those elements.
I am overjoyed that the flock God entrusted to us feels well cared for (1 Peter 5:2) because this ultimately translates to continuity and stability for you, our families. I want you to know that we are committed to continuing to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of us—making disciples through a thriving workplace culture that brings Him glory.
Thank you for joining us on this journey and may God bless you richly this Christmas season,
