CCA teachers love the Lord and equipping the next generation of Christian leaders.
As a CCA student, your child will have the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by faculty and staff who are not only professionally qualified, but who are also spiritually mature believers. These teacher-ministers are called and equipped by God with hearts for shepherding and instructing your most precious gift. For this reason, CCA does not compromise on a stringent faculty selection process — our goal is to build a faculty body that reflects the character of Christ.
Every teacher holds at least a bachelor’s degree, and 60% have been teaching for 10 years or more. Many of them choose to go above and beyond by discipling students outside of the classroom, leading activities such as leading weekly small groups, mission trips, spiritual retreats, chapels, clubs, sports teams, and other after school activities.
Additionally, CCA families have access to Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale’s pastoral and ministerial staff for additional spiritual support. Church staff often serve as chapel and special event speakers, play an active role in class retreats, and counsel families.
