CCA Swim & Dive Team Comes Close to Toppling American Heritage

Ginger Poulos
Today our CCA Eagles performed better than ever against an established American Heritage Team. Although both the girls and boys teams came up short in total scoring, our girls team had six first place wins, four in individual events and two relays. Marley Tyner set the pace with a win in the 200 Freestyle, followed by victories from Summer Poling in the 200 IM, Dylan Kanell in the 50 Freestyle, Laurel MacPhee in the 1 meter Diving Event, Christina Paschal in the 500 Freestyle, and a win in the 400 Freestyle relay made up of Dylan Kanell, Christina Paschal, Sarah Porras-Aguilar, and Marley Tyner. Way to go, Eagles!
