What an exhilarating match! Our varsity volleyball team kicked off the game with a strong performance, showcasing incredible energy and skill. However, they became a bit too comfortable, allowing Pinecrest to seize the momentum and take the lead. Despite dropping the first two sets, our team rallied together, demonstrating impressive maturity and resilience on the court. They regrouped and charged back, capturing the 3rd and 4th sets with phenomenal teamwork!
The nail-biting 5th set was a fierce battle, with our girls giving it their all, but unfortunately, they fell just short against Pinecrest, losing the match in a thrilling five-set showdown. The final scores were 21-25, 14-25, 25-17, 25-22, and 7-15.
But the excitement doesn’t end here! Next week, our Varsity Volleyball team is back in action, taking on Somerset Canyons on Tuesday at CCA West Campus. Let's show our support and cheer them on! Don’t miss it!
