Our Lady Eagles Team B had to give up a player for the good of the both CCA teams which left them with two subs against Spanish River. They left everything on the court and amidst a tough loss of 2-23 they showed more athleticism, teamwork, and grace. Sabi Guichardo led the team with a sweet shot from the baseline. Elizabeth Charles, Abi Johnson, and Kailey Cardona grabbed rebound after rebound and pushed the ball up the court with great ball control. Sophia Brown protected the ball, made great passes and saw the open players. Mia Prieto and Victoria Mirone played tight D the entire game and played aggressive. You can't teach character and these ladies are a huge example of being student-athlete-ministers!
