Lady Eagles Softball opens their season in a tie.

The Lady Eagles opened up their season on a gorgeous afternoon at the West Nest Diamond. After the Eagles took a 5-1 lead, Mater Lakes stormed back for a 6-5 advantage.  As the West Campus Sun started to set,  the Eagles rallied to score a tying run but left the bases loaded to end in a tie.

Sofie Fine: Triple, 2 bunt singles, 3 runs, 3 stolen bases, Pickoff throw from catcher
Reese Mittauer: 9 strikeouts pitching
Gabi Bird: 3 pop fly catches
Aaliyah Erazo:  2 hits, 2 RBI
